Understand what remains editable

Appearance mode creates one page image. Native text mode creates supported text boxes over a graphics background and reports text coverage; it does not reconstruct native charts or tables.

Review slide dimensions and layout

The first PDF page sets the slide proportions. Later pages are fitted and centered without cropping, so different page sizes or orientations may leave white space.

  • Scans, form values, rotated or nested text, charts, tables, links, and other unsupported content remain in the background. Fonts and placement require review.

How to Convert PDF to PowerPoint
