1. Your documents

Our currently available tools process your files in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to or stored by PDFKaka during normal use.

If you use phone signature transfer, only the signature image is sent temporarily so it can reach your other device. It is removed automatically and is never added to usage analytics.

2. Website usage

PDFKaka records basic website activity, such as visits, tool usage, approximate device or browser type, and whether a task succeeded. We may use this information to operate, analyze, improve, secure, support, and promote the service, including publishing combined usage statistics that do not identify individual visitors.

Current website analytics does not include your documents, filenames, document text, passwords, signatures, or information entered inside a document. Usage information is kept only as long as needed for service, business, security, and legal purposes.

3. Cookies

PDFKaka uses small first-party cookies to count visits and recognize returning browsers. They do not contain your name or contact details and may remain for up to one year. You can remove them through your browser settings.

4. When you contact us

If you email us, we use your message and email address to respond. Please do not send confidential documents, passwords, signatures, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@pdfkaka.com. Rights may vary depending on where you live. We may update this policy when the service or its information practices change and will revise the date shown above.
