How PDFKaka handles your documents
We protect your documents by keeping normal processing on your device.
Browser document processing
The currently available tools process selected files in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to PDFKaka during normal tool use, and results are downloaded directly to your device.
Phone signature transfer
If you choose phone signature transfer, only the signature image is sent temporarily between your devices. It is removed after transfer or within 10 minutes. Your PDF is not sent with it.
A visible signature image is not the same as a verified digital signature or identity certificate.
Application safeguards
Private processing
Normal document work stays in your browser instead of being stored on our servers.
Secure website
We use standard web protections and secure connections on the public website.
Safe limits
Reasonable usage limits help protect the service from misuse and unexpected overload.
Separate analytics
Current usage statistics are kept separate from document contents and signatures.
What no website can promise
No service can truthfully guarantee perfect security. Keep original backups, review outputs before relying on them, keep your browser updated, and avoid processing sensitive documents on a device you do not trust.

If you believe you found a security issue, email support@pdfkaka.com with a clear description. Please do not access other people’s information or disrupt the service while testing.
