Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to PDFKaka and its document tools.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using PDFKaka, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PDFKaka provides browser-based tools for common PDF and image tasks. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change as the service is maintained and improved. No account or purchase is currently required for the published tools.
3. Your documents and responsibility
You retain responsibility for documents and outputs you process. You must have the legal right and authorization to use, modify, sign, unlock, redact, or otherwise process them. Review every output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, academic, accessibility, archival, or regulatory purposes.
A visible signature placed with PDFKaka is an image mark. It is not represented as a cryptographic digital signature, identity verification, certification, or guarantee of legal enforceability.
4. Permitted use
You may use PDFKaka for lawful personal or business document tasks. You may not misuse the service to violate rights, process material without authorization, distribute malware, evade access controls unlawfully, interfere with the service, probe it without permission, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to exceed technical limits.
5. Availability and outputs
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. PDF formats are complex, browsers and devices differ, and not every input can be processed successfully. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDFKaka does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, or that an output is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Keep your own original documents and backups. Do not treat PDFKaka as document storage.
6. Intellectual property and software
PDFKaka’s original website code, design, branding, and text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your documents remain yours. Open-source and third-party components are governed by their respective licences and notices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFKaka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, legal rights, or service reliability. These Terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
