How to combine files into one PDF

Prepare files that use different formats

Merge PDF accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files together. Each image becomes one page at its position in the file order while pages inside each PDF keep their existing sequence.

  1. Collect the source PDFs and images.
  2. Add every file to Merge PDF.
  3. Arrange the mixed file list.

Merge complete PDF documents

Use Merge PDF when each source document is already internally correct. Add the PDFs and images, arrange the file order, review the page sequence, and create the combined document.

  1. Open Merge PDF.
  2. Add the PDF and image files and arrange them.
  3. Create and review the merged PDF.

Correct individual pages before sharing

Use Organize PDF when a single page is misplaced, sideways, duplicated, or unnecessary. This avoids rebuilding the source files separately.

  1. Open the merged document in Organize PDF.
  2. Move, rotate, or remove pages.
  3. Download and review the organized result.

Frequently asked questions

Can JPG files and PDFs be combined?

Yes. Add JPG, JPEG, or PNG images and PDFs to the same Merge PDF job; each image becomes one page.

Does merging reduce PDF page quality?

Merge PDF copies source pages rather than rendering them as images, so their visible page content is not recompressed.
