How to Mark One PDF Page on a Phone or Tablet
Touch controls can place a simple visible mark on one PDF page, but the mobile workflow has the same narrow annotation scope as desktop.
Mark one page with touch controls
- Select the page that needs the visible mark.
- Drag the horizontal band into position and add the optional note.
- Open Annotate PDF in a current mobile browser and choose the file from Files, Downloads, or another available provider.
- Create the PDF, save it through the browser, and reopen it from device storage.
Keep the tab active while the PDF is processed. If precise placement is difficult on a small screen, zoom the page or use a larger device rather than assuming the control selects the underlying words.
Keep the mobile job small and verifiable
A phone file picker and download screen vary by browser and operating system. Keep the editing tab open until the new PDF is ready, then open the saved file from Downloads or Files. Confirm the page number and band position outside the editor before sending the document.
