How to Scan Multiple Pages into One PDF

To create one PDF from several scanned pages, capture or select each page, arrange the images in the correct order, and convert the complete set into one PDF file.

Create the scanned PDF

  1. To create one PDF from several scanned pages, capture or select each page, arrange the images in the correct order, and convert the complete set into one PDF file.
  2. Add every front, back, attachment, or receipt image to one workspace and arrange the complete scan before conversion.
  3. Confirm the PDF page count equals the number of required captures and that none are duplicated.
  4. Capture clear, square photographs or choose existing page images from the device.

Creating a scanned PDF does not add OCR text

Requests the environment-facing camera through the file picker where supported, but has no in-app camera view. It does not automatically crop, correct perspective, remove shadows, apply scan filters, or run OCR.

No. Scan to PDF creates the PDF from document-page images. Use OCR PDF afterward when searchable printed-English text is needed.
