How to combine and arrange pages from multiple PDFs

When pages from several PDFs need to be placed into one specific sequence, first combine the required files and then arrange the resulting page thumbnails in the final order. Use the merge and organize tools according to whether you need to combine files, reorder pages, or both.

Organize the PDF pages

  1. When pages from several PDFs need to be placed into one specific sequence, first combine the required files and then arrange the resulting page thumbnails in the final order. Use the merge and organize tools according to whether you need to combine files, reorder pages, or both.
  2. Choose the supported PDFs and wait for their page thumbnails.
  3. Check that each source contributed the correct pages and that no page appears twice.
